Massimiliano Allegri is poised to commit his future to Juventus by signing a new contract.

The Italian’s exploits in the past two seasons certainly haven’t gone unnoticed in the rest of Europe, and after both of Real Madrid and Chelsea attempted to woo the former AC Milan coach a turnaround has occurred and he’s apparently set to extend his stay in Turin.

According to Tuttosport, an announcement of the extension will take place after Juventus play Bayern Munich in the Champions League on March 16.

Allegri will soon be raking in €3.5 million each year for his achievements with the Bianconeri, plus any other bonuses that usually arrive with successes.

After a dismal start to the season the 48-year-old has led the Old Lady back up to the top of the Serie A table, usurping Napoli and Fiorentina to pole position.
